These terms apply when you book or take classes with Quranweb (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. By booking a trial or ongoing classes, you agree to them. If anything here doesn’t match what you were told directly by your teacher, please ask us to clarify — we want these terms to reflect how we actually work, not catch anyone out.

Free trial classes

New students receive three free trial classes. No payment card or payment details are required to book a trial, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Plans, fees and billing

After your trial classes, your teacher will recommend a plan based on your goals and schedule, and confirm the monthly fee with you directly before you commit to anything. Fees are billed monthly. We do not process card payments on this website; payment arrangements are agreed and confirmed directly with your teacher, and a receipt or invoice is provided.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Lessons can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and there is no lock-in contract. If your teacher is unavailable for a scheduled class, that class will be made up in full at a time that suits you.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information when booking, join classes on time using a stable internet connection, and let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. If a class is for a child, a parent or guardian should be reachable during the lesson, and is always welcome to sit in.

Conduct

We’re committed to a respectful, safe learning environment for every student. We ask the same of you: please treat your teacher and any other students with courtesy. We reserve the right to end a working relationship, with a refund of any unused prepaid fees for that period, if this expectation isn’t met.

Course materials

Any materials your teacher shares with you (notes, recordings, practice sheets and similar) are for your own personal learning use, and shouldn’t be redistributed or published without our permission.

Availability

Classes are delivered online over video call, worldwide. Occasionally a class may need to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, connectivity issues); we’ll always work with you to find a replacement time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our programs or policies evolve. The version published here is always the current one, and we’ll let existing students know of any change that affects them directly.
